Ordering
How do I place an order to the IT frog ?   
There are two ways to shop with us: online or by phone
 Online - www.itfrog.com.cy - the quickest way to order from our online collection. Click on the navigation tabs to go to our online collection. Then click on any product image for more information and to check availability.  From there you can add the product to your shopping basket or return to the online collection. To complete your order, click 'Checkout', displayed in the top right corner, and follow the simple instructions on screen.
By phone - call us on +35722353009. Our Customer Care Team is available 5 days a week (from Monday to Friday), from 9:00am to 18:00pm and can confirm availability of IT frog products.  We speak Greek and English.

How can I check product availability?
You can check whether the item you want is in stock when you shop online.
Can I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please send and email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However; items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

How do I pay for my order?   
At IT frog we don't just deliver merchandise, we also do our best to provide a safe and convenient online shopping experience. You can pay securely online via this website using Paypal. IT frog ensures secure payment of all online transactions to 256bit-SSL standards, one of the most reliable encryption protocols available at present.IT frog does not receive your credit card details or bank authorisations . Is it possible to by Bank Transfer?   
We accept bank transfer as a payment method. Please transfer the total amount (any transfer fees that may occur are payable by the customer) of your order to the following account :

Do you accept PayPal payments?
Of course ! PayPal payment is available through our order page. Simply select the Paypal payment option and you will be redirected to a Paypal page to complete your payment
   
Is it possible to Pay on Delivery?
IT frog has a Cash on Delivery (COD) service. This means you can order all of your products online and pay for them when they arrive. ACS will collect payment for your order on delivery.We can offer a COD services for all destinations. To choose this payment method, you just have to click on payment method "Cash On Delivery".

How is my order shipped to me?
We want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful.For shipping to Cyprus address we user ACS Courier Services.We exclusively ship to our international customers with EMS Datapost.We are able to provide our international customers with quality and fast shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery at very low costs

What are your shipping rates and how long do orders take to arrive?
Once we have received your order, we will dispatch it to you within the stated time for each product (usually within 24/48 hours, for most of our products). The shipping rates are estimated during the checkout process.
 
Returns, Exchange and Refunds

Can I exchange a product if it’s not right?
Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. We will be happy to exchange your product for you. After you have received your goods, you can return any item to our registered postal address, for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused, returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.In case of a refund, the amount returned is exluding the shipping cost and  a 2.5% refund fee.

Who will pay the return shipping costs?
If we have supplied you with incorrect goods or the goods received are damaged or faulty and are being returned for an identical replacement(item and size) then we will happily apply a credit to your account to cover the delivery costs of you returning the goods to us.We will also pay for the redelivery of your replacement products.
